Leadership Moment is a ministry of EQUIP, an international leadership development organization founded in 1996 by Dr. John C. Maxwell. 

EQUIP exists to train and empower Christians worldwide with the skills needed to realize their leadership potential, improve their communities, impact their spheres of influence, and ultimately fulfill the Great Commission.
